The Championships Wimbledon 2021 WILL go ahead with spectators and fans in attendance. We can't wait to celebrate its return with you.
The only way to secure your place on CENTRE COURT or NO.1 COURT at Wimbledon is by purchasing Official Debenture tickets. There will be no Public Ballot or Queue this year.
Fans returned to football stadiums in May as Wembley Stadium successfully held the FA Cup Final and the final two rounds of gameweeks in the Premier League 20/21 season welcomed fans back with limited capacities. Capacities will be increased further for the European Championships (Euro 2020) in June and July, with 50% expected at Wembley during the knockout stages, before a full capacity return for the Premier League 2021/22, which begins on 14th August.
Theatres, music venues and stadiums opened nationwide with a limited capacity last month, with all restrictions continuing to ease further in June, before restrictions fully lift in July.
IF THE CHAMPIONSHIPS, WIMBLEDON IS CANCELLED IN 2021 ON THE ADVICE OF UK GOVERNMENT, OUR WIMBLEDON 2021 CUSTOMERS WILL BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND IN FULL.
We care about our customers and our team; health and safety is our number one priority. If any decisions are made by the UK Government in 2021 that impacts Debenture ticketing for The Championships, Wimbledon, we will communicate with customers directly and in a timely manner.
In the unlikely event of Wimbledon being cancelled in 2021, customers will be offered a full refund.
If The Championships 2021 is cancelled, or takes place behind closed doors, will I be entitled to a refund?
All Customers who have booked Wimbledon 2021 Debenture will be entitled to a full refund. Money to the value paid in GBP will be refunded to the original payment source.
If The Championships 2021 is cancelled, or takes place behind closed doors, will I be able to transfer my booking to 2022?
All customers will be given the option to transfer on a like for like basis (same day on the schedule of play, same court, and same price), refund or to hold the full value of their booking on account without expiry. You will be asked to choose the most suitable option for you.
I DID NOT book my tickets with Premier Events or TICKETSTOWIMBLEDON.COM. Will I be entitled to a refund?
In the first instance you should discuss this directly with the supplier in question. In the case of The Championships, Wimbledon, Premier Events will offer our Customers a choice - transfer to 2022 on a like-for-like basis at no additional cost, refund monies in full, or hold the full value of their booking on account without expiry. If you have any problems in progressing your claim elsewhere, please share details of the related correspondence with us and we will endeavour to discuss the matter on your behalf.
If I or my guests decide at a later date not to attend will I be entitled to a refund?
