    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    PREMIER EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. THE CONTRACT
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Premier Events (“Premier Events”) and the booking client (“the Client”) when the Client has confirmed requirements by, among other things, telephone, secure online order, email or order form, and Premier Events have accepted such a booking, subject to the availability of the relevant Tickets or Packages at the time of booking and to these terms and conditions. A Sales Invoice or email Order Confirmation will be issued upon confirmation of a booking and shall constitute as proof of acceptance by Premier Events and create a Contract subject to these conditions.

    2. PRICE
2.1 Prices quoted and charged may be above the face-value printed on the Ticket (if any) and reflect our costs in obtaining preferred Tickets and/or demand at the time of booking. As ticket prices fluctuate and are dynamic, prices of Tickets and Packages may change (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted. Advertised prices may also change (upwards or downwards) after a booking is accepted.

2.2 Premier Events operates under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS). There is no VAT to be reclaimed for any ticket and/or travel packages forming part of our services under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme.

2.3 If any taxes or fees are applicable to your booking, they will be clearly detailed prior to confirmation.

2.4 Electronic and Mobile ticket delivery is Free of Charge and included in your ticket price. In the event of a ticket format changing to physical tickets or if we need to send out additional documentation, next day UK delivery will also be Free of Charge.

    3. PAYMENT
3.1 The full price of the booking must be paid by the Client immediately upon acceptance of a booking. We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, and immediate bank transfers, and may add other payment methods from time to time.

3.2 Premier Events may offer 7 day payment terms to select account customers, which are payable by bank transfer or cheque.

3.3 Deposit and Balance Payments: For events over 90 days from booking acceptance and invoice date, Premier Events may offer to accept a non-refundable deposit of 25%-50% of the overall price of the booking. The balance of the overall booking price must be paid not less than 60 days before the event date.

3.4 Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final. Any cancellations by the client are at the discretion of Premier Events.

3.5 Refunds will be offered in the event of a cancelled event, and can only be claimed by the Client who made the booking.

3.6 If payment is not made within the time limits above, this will be a breach of contract by the Client entitling Premier Events to treat the contract as at an end and cancel the booking.

3.7 In the event of Premier Events treating the contract as at an end Premier Events shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client.

3.8 Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking, or request for a variation to a booking, must be made in writing by email or letter, and is only effective if accepted in writing by Premier Events.

    4. ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED TICKETS AND PACKAGES
4.1 All advertised Tickets and Packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.

4.2 Any Event may be altered or omitted or dates and timings changed by the Venue and/or Promoter either before or after confirmation of a booking. Where such alterations, omissions or changes occur Premier Events accepts no contractual liability.

4.3 Premier Events reserve the right to upgrade your order.

4.4 In the event of the Venue having to operate at a reduced capacity to that originally advertised, Premier Events will do everything in their power to ensure the Client receives the tickets purchased. If there is an enforced alteration which affects the booking, Premier Events will contact the Client to advise options.

    5. EVENT CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO SCHEDULES AND DATES
5.1 Premier Events has no control over the running of the Event and the Client gives no warranty and makes no representation that the Event shall take place. If an event is cancelled or takes place behind closed doors on Government advice, the Client will be entitled to a refund and, in cases of annual Events, given the opportunity to transfer their booking to the following year. Premier Events shall not be liable to give any refund in the event of the Event being rescheduled or postponed.

5.2 Where an Event is cancelled or rescheduled, Premier Events will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Client using the details provided at the time of Confirmation, but Premier Events does not guarantee that the Client will be informed of such cancellation, postponement or rescheduling before the date of the Event. It is the Client’s responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled, postponed or rescheduled and the date and time of any rescheduled Event.

5.3 If for any reason the Event is postponed, the Client’s booking for that Event will be valid for the rescheduled Event (if any) save where such rescheduled Event takes place at a location other than the original Venue.

5.4 If for any reason outside the control of the Premier Events the Event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned (whether wholly or in part) any refunds shall be limited to refunds that may be payable under the rules and regulations of the Tickets, Venue and/or Promoter.

5.5 Where a refund is sought, the Client must bring this to the attention of Premier Events as soon as reasonably possible.

5.6 No guarantees can be given that the Event will take place at a particular time or on a particular date and the Venue and/or the Promoter reserve the right to reschedule any such Event. Football matches are often subject to date and/or kick-off time change due to television broadcasting or participating teams commitments to another competition. Premier League TV schedules are often announced approximately 6-8 weeks in advance of a match.

The details given on Event tickets are indicative only and it is the Client’s responsibility to check the final arrangements for any Events for which they have Tickets and/or Packages, including the date and time of any such Event.

5.7 Premier Events has no control over the running of the Event or the Venue and accepts no liability for any acts or omissions on the part of persons organising the Event or operating the Venue or their servants, agents, employees or subcontractors and makes no representation that any individual artist, performer, player or participant shall appear at the Event.

    6. VENUE CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY OF PREMIER EVENTS
6.1 The Client acknowledges that Premier Events acts as agent of the Client in arranging the booking and that Premier Events will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortious loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the Client or any guests due to any act or omission by or on behalf of the Venue and/or Promotor.

6.2 In any event Premier Events shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it’s guests within an Event Venue.
This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.

6.3 Premier Events will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.

6.4 The Client is responsible for their guests and will procure that its guests comply with these Conditions (where relevant) and with any rules, regulations and directions set down by Premier Events, the Promoter and/or the Venue owner including, without limitation, any and all relevant statutes, safety announcements, Venue regulations and conditions of sale applicable to Tickets.

6.5 The Client will not resell or otherwise transfer, or offer for sale or transfer any Tickets the prior written consent of the Premier Events.

6.6 The Client will not use any Tickets or Packages as prizes in competitions, sweepstakes, raffles, draws or for other similar commercial, promotional or charitable purposes without the prior written consent of Premier Events.

6.7 The Client will not display any signage, promotional material or other such items anywhere at the Venue.

6.8 The management of the Venue reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Venue at any point on reasonable grounds (including, by way of example only, where Ticket holders fail to comply with Venue regulations or act in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue, is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors to the Venue) and may take appropriate action to enforce this right. The Client and the Client’s guests must comply with instructions and directions given by Venue staff and stewards. No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour.

6.9 The management of the Venue reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the Venue, may cause a danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the Event.

6.10 Dress Codes: Formal or smart casual attire may be required and the Venue reserves the right to refuse admission to any person wearing inappropriate items of clothing and/or footwear or to require any such person to leave the Venue.

6.11 Neither Premier Events, the Venue nor the Promoter accepts any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal possessions brought into the Venue by the Customer or its guests other than as caused as a result of the negligence of the Seller or that of the Venue or the Promoter.

6.12 By attending an Event, Ticket-holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience. The Venue or Promoter may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.

    7. LAW & CONSTRUCTION
The Contract of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and Premier Events and the Client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
